Customer Portal FAQs

What is the Customer Portal?
This is an online portal where you, the customer, can access important account information such as billing,
invoices, subscriptions, appointments, and service agreements. A much easier way for you to update credit
card information, make a payment, and view service notes and the service history on your property.
How Can I Access the Portal?
Click here to access the portal!
You cannot use your email address as your username. If you have never signed into the portal before, click the
Get Login info button. From there, you have to enter the phone number or the email associated with your
account and you will get a message with the login information via either text or email.

NOTE: Once you have a username, that cannot be changed.

What are the Key Tabs in the Customer Portal?

History: Where you will be able to view the complete history of your serviced appointments, and any upcoming appointment dates for any active Subscriptions. There will also be a section for Service History where you can select Service Type and view more information about that service.

Billing: This displays the Billing History, account balance, and payment information where you can also update any billing information.

Account: Where you can update your contact information, portal password, and appointment reminder preferences in this tab.

Wallet: Where you manage the payment methods and also add another payment method if needed.
