I highly recommend Termiguard for your crawlspace services. My crawl was in extremely bad shape. From the initial inspection and day 1, I knew I was in good hands. Mike provided an incredible about of knowledge on crawl spaces, the problems mine had, and an affordable clear cut plan on how to move forward.Termiguard removed all insulation and debris, remediated mold, and installed a dehumidifier as well as a complete perimeter drainage system with sump pump. It was clear water was getting into my crawl space and not only threatening my home with moisture and mold growth, but also damaging my foundation and the wood structures beneath.Termiguard completed the job in a week with no disruptions to my life whatsoever. The whole team displayed incredible communication from the workers on the job to the front office, and keep you in their best interest. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the job they did and the overall process. I trust them with my home and highly recommend them to anyone for your crawlspace/basement needs!

I'm stick bug phobic!!! In spite of my best efforts they got in the house and showed their ugly little bodies last week. TermiGuard is very responsive. They sent someone out to spray the attic area. That's where my treadmill and other fitness equipment is located. I was assured that anything in the attic should cease to exist in about a week. Use them for Mole remediation has been going well. Use them for drainage and basement, water issues, and had a terrible experience. Gabby in the office was fantastic. Mike Jr. was not responsive, ignores his emails, and not very customer friendly. He uses the office as a go between and does not face issues head on. Would not recommend them for basement or drainage services. They leave their crew to work by themselves with no direction and had to come out to my house several times to remediate and do the work they were paid for. Still not happy with the final results, but they didn’t care.

We hired Termiguard for two significant mold and waterproofing projects in our basement and were very pleased with the work. The estimates and contracts clearly spelled out the cost and what was (and wasn't) covered and the office was easily reachable with questions. The crew always showed up when they said they would, and it was largely the same crew between the two jobs.They left the house clean behind them. Any work that needed to be done by another contractor (e.g. electric) was handled by the office and clearly communicated with us. And the work itself was great - even the inspector for the township asked who had done the repair. It was not a fun project as homeowners but they were great to work with.

We have been with Termiguard for a long time. Love their service. Over the years, I haven’t needed to explain to each technician where to spray and not to as they already have it in their system. Kevin is fantastic, as are all the technicians. Tho he comes most often. Nice and considerate. I know I don’t have to worry about any pests or mosquitoes or carpenter bees inside or outside my home.
